CHOCOLATE-CARDAMOM CHIA PUDDING
Yield 2-3 servings
- 3 cups of almond, hemp or flax milk
- 1 scoop of Vega chocolate powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
- Place all of the ingredients except for the chia seeds in a blender. Blend for a minute, then add in the chia seeds. Pulse a few times, then transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
- Allow the chia seeds to expand for about 30 minutes. The mixture can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
