Sambal Tofu with Air-Fried Bok Choy
This spicy sambal tofu marinade is made with a blend of sambal, ginger, garlic and toasted sesame oil. Once the tofu is marinated, it is transferred to a hot cast iron pan to develop a little sear. The marinade is then added to the pan to slightly reduce and create a luscious and thick sauce.
