Today I’m so excited to be guest blogging over at vegan miam. I adore Rika’s sense of wanderlust, blended with her desire to find and share vegan eats along the way. She will tell you things like how to break down and prepare a banana blossom properly, take you to Denmark with her veganized Danish open sandwiches and yes, Rika is the one who came up with this genius version of vegan fish sauce.
