Ingredients
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup anellini pasta
- 12 oz. creamy vegan tomato soup
- Vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast, to taste
Instructions
- Boil plenty of water in a medium-sized pot.
- Add a bit of salt and olive oil and add the pasta.
- Boil for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.
- Return the pasta back to the pot and add half of the soup. Heat until warm. Add more of the soup until it has the consistency you like.
- Serve with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast.
